It was a rather tiring yet very fun day I had on 7th Nov 2007

It was my best friend's birthday

and I would like to wish Zhao Lun a big

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

we had alot of things similar between us

Not enjoying for the current period due to endless problems

nonetheless,it was definately going to go down as one of the most fun days ever in 2007

In the morning,I seriously overslept and hence unable to meet her

truefull sorry for that as I stayed pretty late the night before preparing the speech

Stats lecture beginning at 9am

and I reached 10 minutes late despite reaching the bus stop early and board the bus I normally misses

She made a fun out of me as she said I resembled one of the students she used to teached and often late,we had alot of similar characterictics except for our looks...haha

It was break and followed on to the presentation fo Effective Oral Communication

I was very nervous despite being well prepared for the speach

H0wever when it was mine turn,I go up there and just did my best

thought I made quite a few mistakes, I remained calm

but at the same time,I totally forgotten the posture that I am standing, and back to one feet

sigh...some maks deducted for that

and it was that stupid quiz again which I failed two times =(

duh,that sucks

I meet HER and went off at 2pm

When I reached home
I was like so damn tired that I dozed off
and managed to wake up at 3.45pm
I rushed all the way down to Dhoby Ghaut ( Plaza Singapura)

At first,they were deciding to watched movie
but late decided to give it a miss due to the limited seats available as all of us have to sit front rows

Shopping spree
Before we had our dinner at Seoul Garden
It was delicious and we gave Zhao Lun a huge surprise
buying cakes for him

It was rather late after dinner
most of them decided to go back

However,Ying Ying and Justin Chua would like to stay abit late
so we went to watch Bee Movie after flipping coins to decide to watch Bee Movie or Stardusks

Of course,the guys wanted to watch Startdusks!
haha
Had alot of heart-to-heart chat and feels much better while waiting for the movie to start

After the movie,went home by Cab
It was a tiring day,fun and well spent

I haven't had so much fun for such a long time...

27/10/2o07 "Our Third Month"

It's been the 3rd month we've been together
And I tell you...I had sooo much fun today=)

First we met at Compass Point and exhange gifts
Hehe,first time I bought roses for her
But I bought 2 only,so do not know what it signifies

All I know is I bought 2 different variety of colours so SHE can choose

haha,load all the pictures next time =)

We went on to take bus 27 to Tampinies Mall
and catch a move "brothers" at 2.30pm

During the period,she shop about and she bought me a silver pendent as I lost one couple of days ago..sigh..and I also lost one water bottle,she bought it for me at Mini toones

SO THANK YOU Baobei!!!!! =D

We bought the popcorns and drinks
and the movie started

It was quite a nice and touching show
Just that the meaning abit for you to guess...
So quite a poor ending overall
But was very nice =)

Went for Tepanyaki Hot plate at basement
It was nice =)

Move on to Bugis,and along the way we shop around before taking bus 7 to Dohby Ghaut Station

"Plaza Singapura"
We went to couple lab and bought a ring,with engraving
but have to claim on Monday at AMK hub...
She went on to buy a Levi's Jeans,and I gotta say it looks nice and cool =)

I also got one black levi's jeans recently and it wasn't very costly
Most importantly,I like it alot! =)

After tt,we went to Long John Silvers and have a drink
this is quite a funny part
I initiate to put the flowers on the cup
and she had the idea to put some water
and who takes it?
ME! =(

and I initiate to went to the arcade and play soccer,"Virtua Striker 2 Ver.2000"
There was this damn fucking crazy fellow who keeps challenging me over and over again
But I win him 14 times,the 15th games I keep own goaling and he finally won
Stupid guy,waste $6 dollars on that machine
Anyway,he knew he didn't win me!

Anyway..I gave that game up as it was rather late
and I spend alomost an hour non-stop competing with him.
Reached Kovan,and Baobei was wearing high heels
and I piggy-ride her all the way to the bus stop
damn funny,and I was acting horse,making the sounds

I was hungrym,and went to Hougang Ave 8 for supper
Piggy-Ride too,I was damn tired...haha
had the Wanton Noodles and Ice Lemon Tea
Hehex,Nice

then I borrow her my shoes
and I barefeet sent her home

It was a wonderful day and I think it's well spent=)

You got supportive family

Phew...I am really fortunate and blessed to be born! =)

Problems are fading
and all I have to do
Is to think lesser

Makes me happier..

It's a big headache

It causes war
It causes conflict
Quarrels...Never ending problems

Everything starts from money

Let's face a simple fact
The moment you open your eyes...You need that
Why?

No money=No water,How to wash your face and brush your teeth?
No money=Where to sleep if you can't afford a house?
No money=What to eat?Let's not talk about classy restaurants and buffets

Let's talk bout basics

Singapore is increasingly more stress as years goes on...

Let's face it...
Now poor little Primary 1 students needs to study Science
Standard of living had increased definately

Recently,5% to 7% GST
FUTURE...9%,11%?

Don't be surprise if this is true in a few years time,but sometimes I believe such measures is necessary for the progress of a nation.

I considered to be born with a silver spoon when I was young...
I get what I want 90% if it is reasonable

But no secrets to all readers,My dad passed away in 2003 <1st>

I know how much my Mum had worked to hold this family together
My grandma is the pillar of support...

My Mum had to went out early
and came back late...as she is the sole breadwinner!

Knowing that she is doing so much,all I can do as a Son is to support her financially and give her less problems

So I bought my books,top up my Ez-link cards and etc.

But some things I just can't understand...
1st:Being a same 18 year old, a JC student can enjoy a student fare ride,while a Poly of a same age or perhaps younger have to take up an adult fare?

Till this point of time...I still don't understand this theory behind it... It's pretty unfair too!

And so..my expenses increases

2nd! My grandma is ageing
so I tried to ease her problems too as I eat more outside food
thus,she could cook lesser and enjoy life like a senior citizens deserves!!!

Outside food,last time...a hawker Chicken rice:$2.50 :Great taste
Now $3.00...FINE!

But in Sengkang...Are there any hawkers?
So sorry...No
Next cheapest,Food court
Chicken Rice:$3.50
Taste: boos

Books?
I can't believe the usefulness of books nowadays...
I don't know if people like me are sensitive or what
But I find issues like this are quite true

Lecturers etc. keep encouraging us to buy books,laptops etc.
In the end,It was a waste as we didn't even fully make use of it
and books can add up to even $100 plus
But the good thing is,it's not a daily expense.

Bus fare,Food,Books are increasingly more expesive,let's be reasonable...
It's difficult for a teenage to handle all this with just less then $10 a week

Tell me how to survive?

I have to work
And I believe there are lots of people that experiencing problems like me...

Like I chatted with one of my close friend,James
The world now makes some of 18 years old like us...
doing things like normal teenagers shouldn't be doing.

We are now sort of an adult to control our own financial ability and even worry for the people around us...
We do these things,but we don't need them to know
We just do it cause of our own consciences so our parents would not handle so much and relief their stress

I believe we are no normal teenagers
We are like an young adult
that slowly expose to the world

and let's face it...How hard you have to work
to earn that $1
and how fast you can spend that $1

and just a reminder...
It's just a basic necessities
It's not a want

And sometimes we even have to give up for our needs
Is that a normal teenagers is? I don't think so as financially stable people do not understand such problems we are facing.

But sometimes...
I still feel that I am more fortunate then the rest...
And hope people that share the same thoughts as me would gain benefits from this post

Would take these advise strongly!

Don't compare how bad you are compared to others
Compare how fortunate you are compared to the less-fortunate

As long you did your best
Why care about others think about you?

It's you that matters
and the path of your life

It's how you plan to walk
so treasure life
face problems strongly
and believe what you believe
=)

After our 1st month

We had met up quite a couple of times before going back to work =(

EXPO ( where it all begins)
this is the place where all the best promoters in the bedlinen company will call upon to go and fight for sales with alot of brands

For me, I started working at this place
but I was relyin on others during the period

As for now, I believed I had matured as a promoter and experienced
I treat this as back to home
and fight for it myself now

It had been a very tiring 10 days
I had really push myself to work hard
and I really think I deserve from what the company gives me unlike some flops

It has been a nice 10 days working, cause no matter how tired
a couple of times SHE came and bring me food
and wait for me after work

I was really touched and seemingly don't want to let her go sometimes
but things are cruel sometimes as time need to passed =(
It can't freeze

The last day was damn hectic
our Hourly Special was from 7-8pm

and one John Little management trying to be funny
make all the brand do hourly from 8-10pm
It was like shouting for 3 hours non-stop
really can kill someone
in the end
there wasn't really "one man standing"

But I believe I am a winner in myself
and those whom fight hard also deserve the respect and compliment
It was just a company to company thing overall
No hard feelings for me

I believed I am really a better in work now
as I know alot of things
but I do not want to over-estimate my ability
I believed I can do even better next time
But I had a sense of achievement =)

I doing return today
and the driver was so angry that we left after returning
but he don't understand how hungry we were lor
he was the one that was late and how dare he take the tone out of us
but I didn't take it to heart as I know he was angry with the other driver whom didn't count as packing into the truck

Anyway I finally had a good rest today
I cooked instant noodles
and while holding the bowl full of soup
my shaky hands let me down and the hot soup scaled my fingers

the worse thing is you cannot release the bowl and had to put it back before putting ice =(
It's a torture lor!!!

I went to meet my Baobei
we really had loads of fun today though the time is short
enjoyed dineer together
I had an idea when I saw the candles
SPARKLES!!!
so we went to Hougang Point and bought a lighter and the sparks
It's been my dream to play with my girlfriend when I was single =)

We went to the park and compete who can throw further

of course I won! xD

After that, We went back to the coffee shop for desserts before walking to the playground and slacked =)

I had to went off at 11.30pm plus to get the last bus before going home

yup.Tomorrow is BHG Taxi Stand
and I am ready to go there to make a difference
ARE YOU READY JUSTIN?

No i am not,I am going to devote my time instead to love her
she deserves it
